Hi I’m Caitlyn, and I’m so excited to be a part of the Essential Crew!
With over 15 years of experience in dance, and 5 years in teaching not only dance, but also young children in school, I’ve decided to extend my skills into the realm of Pilates.
I’m dedicated to creating a supportive, positive environment where you feel encouraged to push your boundaries while respecting your body’s unique needs. Whether you’re coming in for a challenging workout to feel that burn or you’re ready to tap into the control and foundations of Pilates, I’m here to guide you on your journey.
My goal is to help you improve your strength and overall well-being, no matter your level. With strong anatomical and muscular skeletal knowledge, I aim to encourage your movement through these practices and the principles of Pilates, in order for you to reach your full potential in my classes.
