Essential Reformer:

Experience full-body transformation with our Essential Reformer class. Our vitalising classes are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and elongate your muscles while enhancing flexibility, balance, and core stability – in turn improving both physical and mental health. This class is suitable for levels.

Essential Beginners:

Want to give Reformer Pilates a go? New or getting back into exercise? Recovering from injury or surgery? Essential Beginners is a great place to start. This class is tailored to those individuals looking to gain confidence in their Pilates practice and do so in safe and supportive environment. This class is a maximum of 6 students and runs for 30mins, so you get all the benefits of a group class, all while being a little slower paced and allows for your teacher to make adjustments as necessary. This class is suitable for all levels, but please be aware that it is strictly beginner level exercises. If you would prefer a 1:1 session – this is something we are proud to offer, so please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Essential Strength:

There is nothing we love more than leaving our workout feeling ‘worked out’! Essential Strength brings everything you want and more. Incorporating props, high reps and full body exercises on the reformer, you’ll not only leave feeling amazing, but like you’ve really worked every muscle in your body! This class is suitable for all levels. However, if you are new to Pilates, please get in contact with one of our team to discuss if this is the right option for you.

Essential Barre x Reformer:

Calling all dancers!! And NON-DANCERS! This ones for you! Bringing the best of both worlds into one, Essential Barre x Reformer. Unleash the perfect combination of strength, grace, and balance. This innovative class seamlessly blends the sculpting and toning elements of barre with the dynamic resistance of Reformer Pilates for a workout that will leave you feeling the burn. With a series of dynamic movements at the barre, inspired by ballet and designed to target and tone every muscle group as you engage your core, strengthen your legs, and improve your posture through a series of pliés, relevés, and other ballet-inspired exercises before seamlessly transitioning to the reformer to complete this unique workout! Essential Stretch and Restore:

Sometimes the body just needs a little bit of extra TLC, take some time for yourself and join us for Stretch and Restore. Just like the name suggests, this class focuses on slow movements, stretching and easy, comfortable positions all performed on the mat, and to top it all off – a hot cuppa tea. The perfect way to end your day! This class is suitable for all levels.

Essential Mat Pilates:

Taking things back to the origin of Pilates. This mat class incorporates many of the 34 traditional Joseph Pilates “Return to Life” exercises along with a little bit of modern flare. Making this an exciting, challenging and rewarding class. This class is suitable for all levels.
